Κανείς! Όύτε μαύρος, ούτε άσπρος, ούτε κόκκινος, ούτε πράσινος, ούτε οποιουδήποτε χρώματος. Επίσης, στη δημοκρατία δεν υπάρχει η έννοια της εκδίκησης. Οι κοινωνίες θεσμίζουν τη δικαιοσύνη η οποία αμερόληπτα αναλαμβάνει να σωφρονίσει τους ενόχους, όχι να εκδικηθεί. Επιπλέον, στη δημοκρατία η εύρεση των ενόχων και η διαλεύκανση κάθε εγκλήματος γίνεται από τους φορείς που έχει θεσμίσει η ίδια η κοινωνία. Όχι από τον κάθε δημοσιογράφο/καναλάρχη/πολιτικό/κάφρο.
