I’m a researcher studying social biases in AI systems and developing robust algorithms, frameworks, and evaluations for the development of systems that empower people without perpetuating societal harms. I just finished my undergrad at UT Austin where I was a Dean’s Honored Graduate and studied Computer Science and Mathematics in the Turing Scholars and Polymathic Scholars honors programs and minored in African and African Diaspora Studies, Sociology, and Women and Gender Studies at The University of Texas at Austin .
