Posted on July 24, 2017 by jonb1976 Hello again readers, this is my review of the Cotswold 24 hour race that i took part in on the 22nd & 23rd July (running on the 22nd – sleeping on the 23rd) I was looking forward to this race and to a weekend of camping in the Bathurst Estate in the Cotswolds. Looking at the forecast didn’t fill me with any confidence for the weekend and as i was sorting & packing my kit i could hear the rain coming down outside my house and hoped the weather would be better in the Cotswolds (it wasn’t, more on that later) Kayleigh was due to come with me but after a chat and seeing the weather forecast it was decided i would be better off going on my own.
