It is a great deal more difficult to understand my conception of color. The color harmony is based on the whims of the imagination, a desire to translate freely the delight of what I see in a language whose strength lies in its very simplicity. In recognizing that painting is "Spiritual" it is believed that the most intellectual and probably the most difficult element in "Art" to master, is to be able to use color as the vehicle for the expression of spiritual ideas. This work shines with particular brilliance because it stands apart from all schools.
