(^-^ )** 距离预产期还剩下六个星期~ 期待我们的小公主 Cynthia 邱心恬 的到来~ ** Thank You ** 发帖者 sxiang / Comments: ( 0 ) 谢谢老公送给宝宝的礼物~ ;-) Chiffon Cake 发帖者 sxiang on 2010年1月19日星期二 / Comments: ( 1 ) 最近迷上了烘培, 因为妈妈给了我一台烤箱... 看着鸡蛋和面粉在烤箱内慢慢膨胀... 感觉很兴奋呢...虽然失败了很多次, 牺牲了很多鸡蛋... 但还是觉得烘培充满乐趣. 经过高人指点~我的第一个雪纺蛋糕,好漂亮!!呵呵 材料 A:自发面粉150g,蛋黄5粒,幼糖75g,5大匙粟米油, 5大匙水, (用塑胶刮刀均匀搅拌即可) B:蛋白5粒,塔塔粉1/2tsp,幼糖75g 做法: 1)将A材料根据顺序加入料理盆内,然后混合拌匀, 2)把蛋白打到很多泡泡,然后加塔塔粉和糖打至干性发泡. 3)倒入搅均匀的A料, 用塑胶刮刀顺手同一个方向搅均即可. 4) 倒入烤盘, 预热烤箱20分钟 (20CM中空 模 ) 5)170度烤35分钟左右,烤好立即倒扣,待冷才脱模.
