Sohour...? or Just for fun...the savoury crepe is here. Ingredients (Serves two crepes): 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup water 1 egg 1 tbsp melted butter 1/4 tsp salt (a pinch of nutmeg "optional") (Double the quantity for serving more crepes) The How to? 1-Mix the flour with the egg well. 2-Mix the milk and water, then pour it over the flour mixture. Beat well. 3-Add the melted butter, salt and nutmeg...and continue beating. 4-Strain the mixture, to ensure there are no lumps or whatsoever. 5-Preheat a large frying pan, and pour some good oil in there, then pour half the mixture. 6-Till golden, flip it over...et voila that's your crepe.
