Kitikata-san's Blog Kitikata-san's Blog I am a girl cat in Nashville. Tuesday, August 20, 2013 Kitty is Gone Today is a very sad day in our lives. Kitty died this morning. She was suffering. She could hardly breathe. She had a lung tumor. She stopped eating nearly a week ago. She stopped drinking water too. She was released from suffering on this day. I am at the surgical vets and they believe there is an abnormal mass in my chest. It has made me uncomfortable, and have fluid build up around my lungs. The vet tapped 75cc out of my chest, and I am breathing much better. I did not like the procedure at all, but I do feel somewhat better. I have to stay overnight at the vet.
