Er ist für Menschen unter 40 gemacht. Zugenommen oder abgenommen? Nachdem ich fünf Jahre ohne Waage gelebt habe, stellte mich der neue Hausarzt auf die selbige und ich war … nunja, überrascht. (Dabei hatte ich grade eine Zeit mit schlechtem Krankenhausessen hinter mir.) War nicht so, daß ich es nicht geahnt hatte, das Japsen, die schmerzenden Knie und die dezenten Prädiabetes-Symptome waren zu bemerken. Ich hatte mich einfach zu sehr gefreut, daß ich wieder normale Mehlprodukte vertrug, daß ich ein Jahr Kohlehydratparty gefeiert hatte. Und das war die Konsequenz.
