Postim cu rost când legătura noastră cu Dumnezeu are direcție, înălțime. Postim șchiop, utilitarist când o facem pentru că „așa e bine” și dăm postul nostru la schimb pe împlinirea dorințelor. Câteva gânduri care ar putea conduce către un post cu rost: Postul este doar între mine și Dumnezeu. Asta înseamnă că, sub nicio formă, nu fac publicitate postului meu, nu analizez ostentativ etichetele alimentelor, nu refuz mâncarea pregătită cu dragoste (și poate din puținul cuiva), enunțând cu emfază că postesc....
