Od miesiąca z hakiem jestem w Brazylii. U Wu. Mama Wu ma restaurację, na powierzchni której Wu ma wydzielony swój kawałek na sushi. Spędzam tu codziennie długie godziny. Przyjeżdżamy przed 7 rano, a nierzadko zdarza się zostać do 7 wieczorem. Rolujemy sushi, lepimy pierogi, oprawiamy, porcjujemy i kroimy ogromne łososie i tuńczyki, a ja dodatkowo nabywam szlifów pomagając w kuchni i podpatrując profesjonalistów. Czasem, gdy jest chwila przerwy, biegam z aparatem i fotografuję, lub siadam do komputera i staram się usilnie pchnąć na przód prace nad mą książką. Tu, chociaż w Brazylii, to jestem praktycznie u źródła. Mam pod ręką mamę Wu i chińskiego mistrza, którzy weryfikują wszystko, co przygotowuję. Sprawdzają smak i pomagają opracować najbardziej autentyczne ...
