I grew up in the Los Angeles area but have lived all over the country: Nevada, New Mexico, South Carolina, and now Texas. I had a career as a Presbyterian pastor for over three decades, serving in a variety of contexts but always focused on ministries of justice and inclusivity. I have also had experience as a hospice chaplain, director of a nonprofit, and organizer of community projects for Habitat for Humanity. I am a published author/photographer, and this site highlights my interests in both fields. In 40 years of writing, I have crafted countless articles and many books.
