Showing ways that conservation can be a part of economic livelihood and way of life. We protect the marine life and eco-systems surrounding Lamu, focusing on turtles, through tagging and nesting programs. We conserve their environment through Locally Managed Marine Areas. Through organised beach clean ups and providing rubbish collection points through Shella Village and along the beach we do our best to restore the area to it's pristine beauty.
