Congelando dessa forma elas não escurecem, não perdem sabor e nem o aroma 🙂 Olha só os passos para congelamento das ervas em azeite ou manteiga sem sal (derretida) 1.Escolher ervas frescas, de preferência do mercado ou o seu próprio jardim. 2.Se quiser você pode picá-las bem, ou deixá-las em ramos e folhas maiores. Na foto, as ervas foram finamente picadas. 3.Colocar em bandejas de cubos de gelo (cerca de 2/3 cheio de ervas). 4.Você pode misturar as ervas (sálvia, tomilho, alecrim). 5....
