LezzetHane 13 Ekim 2018 Cumartesi Şehriye Pilavı Eşliğinde Hindi Kavurma Bugünkü akşam yemeğine Hindi Kavurma ve Arpa Şehriye pilavı yaptım. Hindi etini önce biraz düdüklüde pişirdim sonrasında fazla suyunu çektirip, incecik doğradığım soğan ve rende sarımsak ilavesiyle cok az tereyağ ile kavurdum, lokum gibi harika olmuştu. Ankara Tava lezzetini yakalamak istediğim için yanına Arpa şehriye pilavı yaptım. Birlikte harika bir lezzet olmuştu , domates salatalık söğüş ve ayran eşliğinde yedik. Malzemeler: Yarım kg hindi but kuşbaşı 1 adet kuru soğan 2-3 diş sarımsak 1 kaşık tereyağ 1 kaşık sıvıyağ Pilav için: 1,5 su bardağı arpa şehriye 1 çorba kaşığı sıvıyağ 2 çorba kaşığı tereyağ Sıcak su İlk olarak hindi etini düdüklü tencerede çok az sıvıyağ ile soteleyip üzerini geçecek kadar sıcak su ilavesi ile 20 dakika kadar pişiriyoruz.
