This had occurred intermittently on the 11th of October, 2024, but service was restored, so I assumed it was one of their usual service outage but that the service would be restored as like at other times. To my surprise, this is ‘Day 10’ and counting. I have placed countless calls to their Customer Serivce Centre via their Customer Service Number: 09087981900 and have spoken to various Customer Serivce Agents, Funmi, Josephine, Chibuzor, Ife, Oyindamola, Ebenezer, and so on and so forth, with a view to getting them to resolve the issue and even know what the problem really is, all to no avail.
