I went voluntarily because my mind was fiddling with the idea of suicide. Just fiddling- no planning, etc. But fiddling is enough sometimes. I have progressively gotten worse since my release (I was only in 4 days total. What a joke.) I went in hopes of a med change. INSTEAD, I was told I couldn’t have my Klonopin and Adderall, because the hospital was also a detox facility. So I got shortchanged. Way to go. I went from Seroquel 450mg, Prozac 60mg, Klonopin 1mg, Adderall 60mg to Seroquel 450mg, Prozac 60mg, Vistaril and Trazadone 150mg. Good thing for the Vistaril because it warded off the dreadful benzo withdrawal since they couldn’t even give me my prescribed medication. Idiots.
