everything | Just another WordPress.com weblog everything Δημοφιλής ο πανικός! 17 Μαρτίου, 2008 στις 3:15 μμ ( πανικός , ψυχικές ασθένειες , Απόψεις ) Εδώ και αρκετό καιρό παρατηρώ τη λέξη πανικός πολύ συχνά στα ψαχτήρια του διαδυκτίου. Φαίνεται από την επισκεψιμότητα οτι το θέμα απασχολεί πολύ κόσμο. Δυστυχώς. και γράφω δυστυχώς γιατί οι κρίσεις πανικού είναι μαρτύριο για όποιον τις περνάει. Η ώρα δεν περνάει , αντικρύζεις τον θάνατο κατάματα και αυτός σε προσπερνάει. Το χειρότερο όμως δεν είναι αυτό . Είναι η αντίδραση των άλλων και ο φόβος της τρέλας. Αναρρωτιέσαι αν είσαι τρελός και φοβάσαι το ίδιο σου το σώμα. Μπερδεύεσαι και τα συμπτώματα αλλάζουν με τον καιρό. Περνάς από κατάθλιψη , από αγοραφοβία, και από όλα τα στάδια του τρόμου με τη βεβαίωση του ψυχιάτρου οτι δεν είσαι τρελός οτι αφού σου λείπει η σεροτονίνη δεν πρόκειται να σου λείψει η ορμόνη που οδηγεί στην σχιζοφρένεια.
