Put down the fork!” I always thought that was kind of mean, until I tried it and it worked. I am getting back to normal eating again. Not “back on track” because I really felt like I wasn’t on a diet, I was eating like a normal person should eat. What I ate to get to 260lbs was not the right diet for anybody. After losing over 50lbs for the Rachael Ray show and being under 200lbs for the first time in over a decade, I relaxed and celebrated too much.
