Untuk resep, aku memutuskan menggunakan salah satu resep dari buku Primarasa Aneka Macaron. Tapi kali ini aku buat plain, tanpa tambahan flavouring apapun kecuali pewarna. Entar kalo sudah mahir baru deh nyoba bikin yang pake rasa rasa. Dari tiga teknik yang dipaparkan dalam buku ini, French, Swiss dan Italian, pilihanku jatuh pada teknik Swiss, yaitu dengan memanaskan putih telur dan gula hingga larut. Sengaja tidak memilih teknik French karena kegagalan kegagalan sebelumnya terjadi dengan menggunakan teknik ini. Dan rasanya masih trauma. Sementara teknik Italian memerlukan candy thermo...
