缘分的天空 2014年12月30日星期二 青红椒虾仁蒸豆腐 Steamed Tofu With Prawns & Chillies 《分享》 已经努力了这么久 却迟迟没有成功,让人意兴阑珊 但如果我们停此努力 那么先前的努力也将失去意义 因为人生就像马拉松 只有坚持到终点的人,才能得到胜利。 如果你们喜欢青红椒的香味 那么这道青红椒虾仁蒸豆腐你一定会喜欢。 青红椒虾仁蒸豆腐  Steamed Tofu With Prawns And Chillies 材料 1盒水豆腐 120克虾仁 1大匙青辣椒粒 1大匙洪辣椒粒 调味料 1大匙酱油 ½小匙糖 ½小匙麻油 ½小匙胡椒粉 1小匙粟粉 1大匙食油 做法 1.虾仁洗净后抹干水份,切丁,加入调味料拌匀,备用。 2.将豆腐切片,排在蒸盘上,然后加入虾仁及青洪辣椒。 3.盛入预热蒸炉,盖上,大火蒸7分钟,离火,即可食用。 Ingredients 1no soft tofu in box 120g shelled prawns 1tbsp diced green chillies 1tbsp diced red chillies Seasoning 1tbsp light soy sauce ½ tsp sugar ½ tsp sesame oil ½ tsp pepper 1tsp corn flour 1tbsp cooking oil Method 1. Rinse prawns and pat-dry, cubed, mix with seasoning, set aside. 2. Slice tofu, and put it on a steaming plate, top with prawns and chillies. 3.
