Marco Pesavento | CVSSP Marco Pesavento Biography Research CV Contact Dr. Marco Pesavento Biography Postdoctoral Research Fellow in 3D Computer Vision I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing , University of Surrey , Uk. My current research is on improving the realism of 3D humans reconstructed from images. I am working on the AI4ME in collaboration with the BBC R&D under the supervision of Prof. Adrian Hilton , Dr. Armin Mustafa and Dr. Marco Volino . I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Computer Vision and Graphic in January 2024 at the Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing , University of Surrey , Uk. The Ph.D. thesis was on shape and appearance super-resolution of 3D humans under the supervision of Prof. Adrian Hilton and Dr. Marco Volino and explore novel deep learning approaches to reconstruct highly realistic 3D humans from a minimal number of images.
