Kociewianka | Just another WordPress.com weblog Kociewianka Sałatka z zielonych pomidorów 2011/09/30 @ 7:15 pm ( Przetwory ) Serdecznie polecam taką sałatkę i to nie tylko dlatego, że to wszystko na co udało mi się wykorzystać posadzone przeze mnie pomidory 😉 cyt. za Aldi http://psotypsotki.blogspot.com/2010/09/saatka-z-zielonych-pomidorow.html Składniki: 1,5 kg ogórków, 2,5 kg zielonych pomidorów, 5 cebul nać selera zalewa: 3/4 szklanki octu 5% 1 litr wody, 2 szklanki cukru, 3 łyżeczki soli, 3 łyżeczki curry, 3 łyżeczki gorczycy Ogórki, pomidory i cebule pokroić w plastry. Wodę, ocet, cukier i sól zagotować. Do gorącej zalewy dodać curry, wymieszać. Cebulę, ogórki i pomidory połączyć z gorczycą. Na dno słoiczków włożyć po kilka listków selera, następnie warzywa.
