Turismo matemático | Recreando la belleza Turismo matemático Recreando la belleza Alegorías del Corridor Grande en Sabbionetta Posted in Iconología de las artes liberales , Italia , Palacio , Pintura on 11 octubre 2024 by angelrequena Vespasiano Gonzaga Colona (+1591), de una rama de los Gonzaga de Mantua, construye Sabbioneta en el siglo XVI como un moderno mini-estado renacentista con palacios, jardines, murallas y teatro. El conjunto ha sido declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad conjuntamente con Mantua. Entre las construcciones destaca la larga Galería de los Antiguos o Corridor Grande , concebido para alojar la colección arqueológica del príncipe. Veintiséis arcadas soportan el corredor porticado en su base y cubierto en la parte superior. No faltan las representaciones alegóricas de las siete Artes Liberales concebidas por Marciano Capella.
