Mat for Mons Mat for Mons Sunday, October 17, 2010 Crème Caramel med sitron og ingefær Etter at mitt aller første forsøk på en karamellpudding endte i en rimelig massiv og skummel sak tidlig på 90-tallet en gang, har jeg hatt angst for å prøve igjen. Men i går tok jeg mot til meg, og etter å ha spist resultatet til dessert i dag har jeg bare én kommentar: Suksess! (Og nam!) Ingredienser Karamell til formene: 1 dl sukker 3 ss vann 2 ts sitronsaft Karamellpudding: 5 dl h-melk 1/2 dl sukker Ca. 3-4 cm fersk ingefær, skrelt og skåret i 3-4 skiver Noen flak sitronskall (skjær av sitronen med en kniv) 2 egg 4 eggeplommer 1 dl. sukker I tillegg trenger du 6 former som rommer ca. 1,5 dl. Jeg brukte seks små ramekin-former. De egnet seg godt. Sett stekeovnen på 150° Smelt sukker til karamellen i en tykkbunnet gryte med vann og sitronsaft. Bland sammen, men ikke rør når det begynner å koke. Hold blikket på kjelen og når karamellen har fått en fin, gyllen farge tar du den av var...
