McCarter Twins McCarter Twins Friends: welcome to the McCarter twins' website. The boys arrived December 10 2004, a bit premature but very healthy. During pregnancy they were diagnosed with Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome(TTTS) . TTTS is a disease of the placenta that affects identical twin pregnancies.
