How I Found Happiness Posted on July 3, 2016 by mhvibes The last few weeks, I have started to put all of my energy into being happy. This was no easy feat. I have always been depressed, and if this is controlled, I still harbor a sadness inside of me that I never really knew how to shake. I didn’t want to continue living my life dealing with the bone/soul crushing lows and manic highs. I wanted to live in a mindset of constant happiness. I went about creating this for myself.
