This prac is unlike an other prac I have done before. I have two mentors teachers and 50 preps plus two teacher aids in the classroom so getting use to teaching and managing 50 students has been a challenge. Unlike most of my EDC3100 uni students this is my sixth day of prac due to me coming down sick just two days before starting prac. ICT is used a lot in the classroom, my mentor using youtube a lot for teaching purposes (to introduce and get the students thinking about the lesson), transition times and the students also used iPad’s during rotational activities and choosing time.
