Ποιοι πότε και γιατί" θα είναι ο τίτλος του βιβλίου που σύμφωνα με την πατσαβουροφυλλάδα το Βήμα , γράφει αυτόν τον καιρό ο κ. Θεόδωρος Πάγκαλος αντιπρόεδρος του θιάσου της Ελληνικής κυβέρνησης. Ο κ. Πάγκαλος όχι μόνο ισοπεδώνει και εξισώνει την ευθύνη του "ποιοι σπατάλησαν τα χρήματα των προϋπολογισμών " μεταξύ αυτών που πήραν την απόφαση να το κάνουν για ψηφοθηρικούς λόγους (πολιτικούς) και αυτούς που ευεργετήθηκαν από αυτό (υπαλλήλους πχ). Όχι μόνο δεν ενδιαφέρεται να διερευνηθούν και να αποδοθούν ευθύνες , πρόστιμα και φυλακή σε αυτούς που αποδεδειγμένα και συνειδητά το έκαναν από τον πολιτικό χώρο κυρίως. Επιπλέον, επιλέγει να τα γράψει σε βιβλίο -εξηγώντας πόσα έφαγε και ο συνταξιούχος που τον ψήφισε πχ επειδή του υποσχέθηκε 3% αύξηση σύνταξης- και να κερδίσει έσοδα πουλώντας το σε αυτούς που πληρώνουν τα σπασμένα και καταστρέφονται σήμερα περισσότερο. - Την επομένη που θα είναι ο κ....
