The Model Railroader's Notebook Tuesday, April 19, 2022 The Coke Oven Trestle on the Chattooga & Chickamuaga Railway, Chickamauga, GA The Chattooga & Chickamauga Railway (Genessee & Wyoming) as a bridge going over the Coke Oven Creek in Chickamauga, GA. This is a deck pile trestle that was just rebuilt and doesn't have all its gravel on the top deck. These photos are for a project of mine to build such a trestle. Small trestles like these are very common on most railroads, but seldom modeled.   Posted by Scott G. Perry at 3:47 PM No comments: Older Posts Home Subscribe to: Posts (Atom) Awesome Inc. theme.
