Giuro: la fatica che faccio a scrivere una cosa del genere è alleviata unicamente dalla speranza che esprimere quello che mi gira in testa possa servirmi a mitigare una rabbia che mi fa letteralmente avvampare, mi prende lo stomaco e mi rovina almeno un paio di ore della giornata. Giuro (e alla terza volta il gallo canterà) che non esagero, non drammatizzo nessuno dei sopracitati effetti. Quando si parla di allenamento e ancora più di alimentazione ammetto di essere noiosa.
