Permalink 1 Comment Kid April 30, 2006 at 5:27 am ( Uncategorized ) So I went back to JoAnn's today. I had to use my coupon, after all. I ended up with more beading stuff, and since all knitting needles were on sale, I decided to pick up the Red Heart kids knitting needle set. I had thought DL would be interested, and he was. When we got home I grabbed some yarn and started to show him how to knit. He did some, took a break, and by bedtime was asking, "Mommy, can you get me my knitting?" Alas, my camera ran out of batteries so I missed getting any action shots. Who knows if he'll be that interested tomorrow, but he did ask me if we could do more knitting tomorrow, and "Do you have a lot of yarn? Because I want to make lots of things."
