The latest was in the form of a Trojan disguised as a crack for the popular JAWS screen reader application. Instead of giving free access to the approximately $900 accessibility software, the crack contained a nasty payload that disabled a wide range of screen readers, including Jaws, Windows Eyes, Microsoft Narrator, HAL Screen Reader and Kurzweil.
