No One Knowzz Wednesday, June 19, 2013 Masih guru "pas baton" Salam. Sementara menunggu posting guru tetap aku mencari pengalaman jadi guru ganti. Dah 3 buah sekolah pernah try. 1 sekolah menengah dan 2 lagi sekolah rendah. Aku akan dipostingkan ke sekolah menengah dengan izinNya. Dilema guru baru macam aku ni ialah macam mana cara nak kawal kelas. Memang kami lepasan ijazah pendidikan. Tapi apa yang kita pelajari tak sama dengan apa yang kita hadapi. Mungkin ramai fikir mudah saja nak jadi cikgu. Baru- baru ni aku mengajar sekolah rendah. sebuah sekolah berprestasi tinggi di pulau pinang. Persekitaran antara guru sangat mesra. Tak terasa asing. Cikgu-cikgu lama tak kisah tegur guru baru. Selalu saja bahasakan diri "kakak" dan "adik" .. "adik, kakak nak pinjam pen sat" Berbalik kepada dilema. Ya aku masih hadapi kesukaran kawal kelas. Memang budak sekolah rendah sangat lah aktif terutamanya kelas tengah dan belakang. Kelas pertama memang takda masalah. Terasa kepuasan bil...
