Det är märkligt! Statistik är siffror och siffror brukar förknippas med exakthet. Den som följer nyhetsrapporteringen kan inte undgå intrycket att brottsligheten ökar för varje år, men detta förnekas ihärdigt från visst håll, även när statistiken visar något annat. Hur det än förhåller sig med den saken så är det i samband med brottslighet alltid någon som drabbas och alltför ofta handlar det om helt oskyldiga...
