August 2024 Das ist kein Radweg Neulich hatte ich einen geschrieenen Dialog auf offener Straße. „Fahr auf dem Radweg!“, brüllte ein Autofahrer hinter mir. Ich – natürlich auf dem Rad – brüllte zurück. „Das ist ein Fußweg!“ Der erboste Fahrer hinter mir muss mich für einen Idioten gehalten haben. Denn der Weg an der Straße An der Piwipp sieht zumindest ganz so aus, wie ein Radweg: breit, flach, leicht rote Pflasterung. Aber da das hier mein Blog ist, wird Euch nicht überraschen: Es ist ein Fußweg. Er sieht aber so aus, als ob es irgendwann ein nutzungspflichtiger Radweg gewesen sein könnte. Aber irgendwann hat sich die Stadt offenbar umentschieden und hat den Weg zum Fußweg mit Fahrradfreigabe umdeklariert. Gründe gibt es dafür viele: Zum einen die vielen Unebenheiten, die den Radweg heute fast unbefahrbar machen ...
