Even while I enjoy the goals I meet, I know there is always the next goal around the corner. There is always someone better than me – doing more, achieving more, making me feel slightly inadequate to say the least. I like to post my met goals and/or exciting progress on facebook. I know for a fact that at least a few people are motivated by those posts. And the rest, well, are just genuinely happy for me.
