Menu Skip to content Home About April 2, 2010 by oddmix Meatloaf (with a little kick) Preheat oven to 375. 1 onion, diced 1 Tbsp oil 2 lb lean(ish) ground beef 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup quick oats 2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 can corn, drained 2/3 cup ketchup 4 Tbsp raw sugar 2 tsp prepared horseradish Sweat onions over medium heat in oil until soft. Mix next 6 ingredients in large bowl until fully incorporated. Mix onion thoroughly into large bowl mixture. Press mixture into 9×13 baking pan. Combine last three ingredients in small bowl and spread onto meat mixture. Bake for one hour. Yum!
