Zuerst einmal das Wichtigste überhaupt sie schmecken einfach grandios. (Ich habe diese auch schon ein paar Mal für Freunde gemacht und was soll ich sagen, bisher haben mir alle zugestimmt.) Außerdem sind sie wirklich wahnsinnig einfach zu machen. Aus irgendwelchen unerfindlichen Gründen gelingen mir Falaffel, Kichererbsenbällchen etc. des öfteren nicht. Ganz nach dem Motto: Gleiches Rezept unterschiedliches Ergebnis! Bei diesem Rezept hier ist mir das wirlich noch nie passiert. Hinzu kommt noch, dass man relativ wenige Zutaten braucht und man diese Kichererbsenbällchen auch oh...
