The Oto Family Adventures The Oto Family Adventures Sunday, August 5, 2018 Believe in God Family Karaoke night...yeah, we're fun like that. I just got done speaking in an all girl youth class at our local congregation (our Ward Young Women) and the topic was the importance of families. When my friend asked me to speak earlier in the week, I seriously thought to myself, "Why would you ask me? We clearly don't have this family thing figured out right now." Little did I know, that Heavenly Father knew it would be exactly what I needed after a long week of adoption anxiety and frustration. TRUTH: We know very little of the adoption world, more than the average person for sure, but definitely below average in the adoption world. As I throw myself more into it, I realize I have barely even scratched the surface. Which has left me feeling like a really bad mom.
