Sure, my thyroids been off, I’ve been very anemic, heavy periods but not too many cramps. Let me repeat that…not too many cramps. Yes, my last surgery and my lifestyle changes have helped me keep the surgeon away! The last 4 months, I’ve started to gradually get more and more cramping.
