Outras Comidas terça-feira, 4 de abril de 2023 Moreia seca, frita D ir-se-ia o resultado de algum cruzamento mitológico entre safio e leopardo, a avaliar pela forma do corpo e pelas manchas que recobrem a pele deste peixe de carne mole que, sendo comestível mas sem grande valor culinário, acaba agrupado naquele grupo de peixes sem grande cidadania a quem se chama, genericamente, "peixe de caldeirada". H a via, no entanto, nas costas alentejana e algarvia, um modo engenhoso de transformar a insípida moreira em petisco "de pescador", que alguns veraneantes iam descobrindo ao sabor das explorações estivais e do passa-palavra: a moreia seca frita, maravilhoso puxavante e álibi de umas cervejas a refrescar o Verão escaldante.
