She appeared on an episode of “We Can Do Hard Things” with Glennon Doyle, and she spoke a lot about her own fear and anxiety. One of the things she said really stood out to me. “You can be scared and do the fucking thing. Like, you can just let fear be a passenger.” She then went on to talk about how her therapist encourages her to picture the little Sara inside her that is terrified of being abandoned.
