This is the first time I have made shrikhand at home, usually back in bombay we used to get the readymade Amul shrikhand. This is the most easiest and quickest way to make creamy shrikhand without compromising on the flavor. I have used Greek yogurt to make this yummy dessert. It tasted even better than ready made ones we get and you can try different flavors and explore your creativity. I love the flavor and aroma of elaichi in shrikhand.
