Sizden Bile Yemek Yaparım :)) 8 Ağustos 2018 Çarşamba BÖĞÜRTLENLİ EV YAPIMI MİS GİBİ DONDURMA :) Koş vatandaş koş, ev yapımı bahçeden toplanan böğürtlen ile misss gibi dondurma yaptım :) sende yap çocukların sevinsin :)) Çok zor değil inan bana sadece biraz zaman ayırman gerekiyor, bugün evi süpürme dondurma yap olmaz mı :)) Hadi mutfağa 😀😋😋 1 litre tam yağlı taze sütü alıyorsun içine 150 gr toz şeker, 300 gr krema, 1 tatlı kaşığı salep karıştır güzelce yak altını fokur fokur olana kadar sürekli karıştır,sonra altını biraz kıs ve 40dk kadar pişir kıvamı yoğunlaştığın da altını kapatıp başka bir kaba alarak ılıklaştığında dolaba kaldırın 1 gece burada dinlensin :) Siz varsa bahçeden toplayın yoksa pazardan 500 gr böğürtlen alıp güzelce yıkayıp tavaya koyun üzerine 50gr toz şeker koyun kaynamaya başladığında 1 çay kaşığı nişastayı çeyrek çay bardağı su içinde açıp dökün üzerine koyulaşana kadar pişirin hazır olduğunda bırakın bir kenarda soğusun...
