Translate martes, 10 de marzo de 2015 Hambuerguesitas de restos de cocido Hola amigas, hoy os quiero ofrecer, esta receta que me recuerda a mi niñez, mi madre lo hacia al día siguiente de hacer un buen cocido, y para no repetir lo mismo, nos hacia estas hamburguesas, nos gustaba mucho a toda la familia, y yo, como buena hija, también las hago a mi familia.... Se utiliza todo los restos del cocido del día antes, menos el caldo, claro, los garbanzos, patatas, carnes, chorizo, y verduras q utilicéis, si las utilizáis..... Vamos a ello.......
