Мисля, че преди да спорим дали дадена езикова единица (дума, израз, конструкция и др.) има място в книжовната реч, би било полезно да изясним защо тя възниква, какъв е механизмът на нейната поява и изпълнява ли по-добре функциите си от вече съществуващия аналог. И така, защо вместо 100 процента доста често се употребява на 100 процента ? Моето обяснение е свързано с т.нар. структурна функция на наставките, за която вече съм писала .
