Perché le PEC devono essere conservate digitalmente: La semplice archiviazione delle pec nel proprio computer, sul client di posta, sulla webmail o su carta (stampa) non va bene perché non garantisce la conformità all’originale informatico. Conservare i messaggi al di fuori di un sistema di conservazione (es. nella webmail o nel client di posta) non gli conferisce valore legale. I messaggi PEC sono documenti informatici, e pertanto per poter attribuire ad una mail lo stesso valore legale di una raccomandata A/R (garantendone il non ripudio) non possono essere stampati e conservati in via cartacea...
