Μέλι Στυμφαλίας Μέλι Στυμφαλίας Κυριακή 15 Δεκεμβρίου 2013 ΑΝΤΙΜΕΤΩΠΙΣΗ ΣΚΟΥΡΚΩΝ Φέτος έκοψα για πρώτη φορά παραφυάδες 2 πλαισίων (πολύ μικρές) τέλη Αυγούστου. Ξεκίνησα καθημερινή τροφοδοσία με σιρόπι και γυρεοπιττα για να προλάβουν έως το χειμώνα να αναπτυχθούν. Όμως κάποιοι άλλοι είχαν διαφορετική γνώμη από εμένα. Ποιο συγκεκριμένα οι σκούρκοι που έκαναν συνεχείς επιθέσεις στα μελισσάκια και τα εξολόθρευαν. Μετά από διάφορα πειράματα κατέληξα στην εξής τεχνική: 3 ml furadam ή 3 gr (μισό κουταλάκι του γλυκού) lanete σε 100 ml νερό. Με αυτό ανακατεύουμε γατοτροφή ή ψαράκια και τα βάζουμε κοντά στις εισόδους των κυψελών. Οι σκούρκοι παίρνουν την δηλητηριασμένη τροφή και την μεταφέρουν στην φωλιά τους. Εκεί ταΐζουν και τους γόνους τους με αποτέλεσμα τον πραγματική εξολόθρευση τους. Τα συγκεκριμένα φάρμακα είναι άοσμα και δεν τα αντιλαμβάνονται οι ομολογουμένως πανέξυπνοι σκούρκοι.
