Un percorso di Alta Formazione che interpreta il dottore di ricerca (Ph.D) come un homo faber : persona capace di determinare non solo il suo percorso professionale, ma anche lo sviluppo e il progresso dell’ambiente e delle comunità nelle quali svolge la sua ricerca. Come si legge nel Manifesto infatti, “il profilo del dottorando sarà quello di un professionista, con competenze da ricercatore acquisite nell’alternanza tra studio e lavoro in azienda”.
