Mungkin bagi anda yang mempunyai pengetahuan yang minima dalam MS Excel ni, cara yang paling simple yang akan anda ambil apabila anda perlu print dokumen Excel anda ialah dengan: 1) Klik butang Microsoft Office. 2) Klik print 3) Pilih 'print preview'. Kemudian, anda akan dapati contoh bagaimana dokumen akan dicetak dalam bentuk 'hardcopy'.
